Little Gardens

In Ruma Rima we are a competitive bunch, who love to challenge each other. We are stoked to have New World Little Gardens back and the challenge is on to see who can make theirs grow the best. I am no exception to this and thought I should show how well mine have started!

  8. Hey there Ruma Rima

I am Lau, I go to Saint Pius X Catholic School. Wow amazing how do you get the at New Market but I love the way they are growing unique plants.Maybe you should try and see what it would be like outside. Is it hard looking after the plants inside the house.

  9. Greetings Ruma Rima, My name is Fonuamotu
I am a year 8 and I attend to St Pius X Catholic School. I really love how competitive you all are. I enjoy reading your post because here in St Pius SPX Nu'u (Room 7) we are also gardening plants. From my perspective I found out the beans grow faster than the Sunflower seeds,Lettuce and the Cherry Tomatoes seeds. What about your plants? Which grew faster?.

  13. Kia Ora Ruma Rima,
I like how your class is doing a garden project as it is a good learning experience. Maybe next time you could include the different types of plants that you are growing or add some more photos/colour. Our class block is also growing plants that each class take turns watering.

  15. Hi Ruma Rima,
I really like how your class is doing a Garden challenge for your whole class. It's a coincidence that you are doing a plant challenge as we are taking turns to water a plant as a class challenge too. Maybe next time you could add more information on what your are planting. You could also add the before and after's. Other than that have a great time doing that challenge and I hope they don't die.
