Book Character Day

Book Character Day
A group of Ruma Rima students organised a Book Character Day for the Dobson site.
The students dressed as their favourite book character.
Activities during the day included sharing our favourite books, reading with children from other classes, listening to stories, working in teams on fun relays and races.

I really love your book character day 2018, it seems really fun and also you should really do some face paint with that.
    Have a good day.

  2. Hello Ruma rima how are you today?

I am Jacinta from parkview school. I really like your Idea of book character day but captain America, iron man and spider man are comic book charters. At parkview we have book character day but instead of basing it just on book charters it's just characters in general.

  4. Hi, I'm Alyssa from parkview parua school.
It looks like you all had fun dressing up in costumes for the day. Next time maybe you could dress up as your favorite movie character. This reminded me of when we had character day at our school but it was any type of character I dressed up as Dorothy from the wizard of Oz.

I loved your slide show it has so many cool picture. It looks like your having a lot of fun and those costumes are amazing! Maybe next time you could put writing about what you were doing next to the pictures so that it isn't just pictures. this reminds me of our school dress up day last year where we dressed up as animals and brought a gold coin donation as a fundraiser for the juniors to go to the zoo.
    thanks Sari

Andrea here, from Parkview Parua School. I like your costumes because of how much detail you have put into them, They are really cool! We did a book character day at our school too! I dressed up as one of the dalmatians from 101 dalmatians and so did my friend. I really like your blog post and how you laid it out. Maybe next time you could add little subtitles to say what everyone dressed up as. Over all good job, It looks like you had heaps of fun!

  7. Hello Ruma Rima, my name's Aysha from Parkview Parua school.
I enjoyed looking at all your costumes, it looked like you all had a great time! Why did you host a book character day in the first place? My school had a book character day a while ago, it was quite fun. Maybe next time add some more information as to what happened during the day, why you hosted it, and other things along those lines. In total, I really liked reading your blog post.
